Little problem with peeing

Periodically, I have a problem with a weak flow when peeing. It seems to happen mainly at night. I know it could be prostate issues, but I was wondering if clamping could contribute to this, especially since there is significant swelling after clamping.

I was wondering if damage could be done to the urethra, or maybe the swelling is constricting the urethra.

I would suggest that your intuition is correct, and you are damaging your urethra. Don’t clamp to the point where you have “significant swelling” afterwards. Another tip is to drink a lot of water. That’ll help you have a stronger flow of pee, and help your flaccid penis stay plumper.
