This may be late, but oh so true, marinera. I used an X-4 for over 2 years a number of years back. Before I used it I researched online knowing the distributors are looking to sell devices, not develop programs. I found a very popular site in 2007 by one of the original members of TP who left years ago (I think it was Big Al? Forget his name. Thunder would know). He had a very sensible 4 week adaption program which stressed duration build up at low tension before adding more tension slowly. It worked for me.
PE by hand or with devices requires getting your penis and surrounding structures used to trauma, ‘cuz that’s what PE is. With an extender your putting your penis on a rack and yanking it while putting traction on the base. My penis found this to be foreign at first. The time first, then tension program was just what I needed and it worked.
I believe that the extender alone (contrary to the claims of all the device makers) is insufficient. IMHO, an extender is a ligament stretcher. (Sure you can add a v- or a-stretch by adding a pencil or dowel to try to get a tunica stretch, but there are far better methods for that. And BTW, do not do this until you have used your extender more than 3 months - trust me you’re not ready if you don’t.) If you do not add manual PE exercises you are selling your penis short. I did and gained over 1” in length and 1” in girth with the combo over time - 6 months of patient hard work.
I do not recommend wearing an extender under cloths. At best they can be difficult to stay mounted in when your not moving, Add movement and you’ll be attempting to explain what it is when it falls out of your pants when your “little friend” (which you’re trying to get bigger) jumps off the rack. Second in my extensive experience with my penis, stretching downward or upwards was useless. I stretched straight out. I logged many, many hours on my device. I knew what worked for me.
I took breaks every 5 days and used PI’s to tell me if I needed extra breaks. Remember this, like with any other PE, if you hurt when your stretching, stop. Your penis is talking to you. Listen, it’s the only one you’ll ever have.
