Need help - little balls on my penis

First of all I’m sorry for posting on the newbie forum, but I don’t have any posts and I need you guys help.

Some strange little balls appeared on 2 places of my penis, under it, and in the back of the head, they don’t hurt or anything else, they are just there.
I took some pictures, if someone knows what it is tell me please, so I can get medical help soon.

I’m not sure about the ones on your glans (head), but I believe the ones on your shaft are hair follicles. Though, I’m not certain.

I have them on my shaft as well - but I haven’t seen anything like that around my glans.

Others will be around to verify.

The ones on the shaft are hair folicles. The ones on the coronal ridge (on the glans) are ‘pearly white papules’. Both are harmless. As for medical help, there isn’t much that anyone can do. The doc will tell you that they are harmless and just ignore them.

My advice would be to stop jacking so much. That’s what exacerbates them.

I believe I found a cure to the bumps on the shaft. I had the same problem about a month ago. I recently bought Pro Active, a type of facial cleanser and zit remover, and decided to use it on my unit. I now have not one sweat gland or hair follicles or whatever they are. I honestly believe Pro Active is the cure, and I am pretty sure it is safe to use also, I recommend trying it.

Yes, they are a form of plugged pore, and should be treated as such with gentle exfoliation and cleaning so that they do not re-occur. Thanks, amo9812!

Reputable medical sites that discuss Pearly Penile Papules never mention masturbation. “Sex advice” sites, which tend to dispense folk wisdom or advice based on the site owner’s experiences, tend to include jerking off as a cause. I’d go with the professional information and not try to blame these on the frequency of masturbation.

I have the ones on the glans and I can’t say I masturbate nearly as much as some/most people do.

I have PPP too. And I read somewhere that toothpaste helps to remove these irritating small things. I’m on the 3rd day of my treatment and I can honestly say they’re coming off. Slowly but surely. Only thing is that it hurts like hell to put on toothpaste on your dick when it’s sore from previous days of applying toothpaste. I can’t jack off at the moment, it hurts too bad. But I’m gonna keep doing this for atlest 2 weeks. I’m pretty sure they will all be gone by then! Ill uppdate you then

There is nothing wrong with that. Most men have some. A good habit is to wash one’s unit with water only, rather than using lotions or other experiments.

PPP is just a way in which peoples’ cells on the penis grow. I also heard iodine works in a similar fashion to toothpast, but if you try it, don’t get any anywhere other than on the precise spots, it’ll burn like hell.

I have both - I thought they were supposed to be there. Knowing that they aren’t (but aren’t harmful), I’d like to get rid of them and I’ll try some of the methods reported here (proactive and toothpaste) and report back.

Cu_z good luck with that! I’ve used the toothpaste treatment and I got great results! After 2 weeks my PPP is completely gone! :)
