Hello , I m new here and can t figure out how to post on the dedicated thread , I m 25 y.o been doing p.e for a year now , I m used to do only light jelqing with 1-2 seconds strokes and also manual stretch , yesterday I was doing a session and decided to go for a 3-4 seconds strokes , after few ones I felt strange down there with a little of pain and harden on my parts , then decided to stop and did a some stretching but it was painful at the base then decided to warm down and stop , I didn’t feel any pain after but it looks like I lost some flaccid size maybe 0.25 inch and my morning wood wasn’t good , I had some erections today but wasn’t the same quality and not for much time , I m afraid I might have injured something , I decided to take this week for rest , what should I do ?

It’s probably the ligament, take a week off and relax, it happened to me before, not a big problem.

Do you do a proper warm-up? This is important, and don’t pull too hard ;)

Thank you for responding , I think I didn’t take enough warm up time yesterday , it is possible that the extended strokes might cause all of this? Should I keep up with my usual 1-2 sec strokes since I’ve never felt any discomfort ? It always get me a good EQ .

The longer strokes are probably “more” of a workout than the quicker ones and could be contributory, but it’s likely just a transient thing; your penis retracted in response to the extra stress, but there isn’t any permanent change.

It’s been 4 days without improvements , I have some morning woods but tends to fade away , the pain I’ve felt in the base while stretching the other day was intense and I’m really afraid now that it won’t be back to normal

You do have to relax, these things can take a month, don’t stress yourself because it makes it a lot worst, the mind is powerful, don’t go into a panic situation, my friend. Apply heat if you want, that is helpful.

Any updates? How are things going?
