Numbness- A Really Dreadful PE Experience
Well.. To start things off.. I’m still a newbie here. I started doing PE, the newbie routine to be exact, just last September. The first few days were not that good because I was still adjusting to the stretching exercises as I get erect most of the time but no real problems with jelqing so to speak. After a week of lazy routine, I was amazed to see that I actually gained 1/8 inch in my erect length. I never measured my girth though. This just kept me motivated to improve my routine to 2 days on/ 1 day off instead of 1 on/1 off. After 3 weeks of keeping up with this routine, I decided to measure for the second time cause I felt like I gained again. And whoa! To my surprise I was actually half an inch longer in erect length from my starting stats. That was crazy. I never thought it was going to be that fast. Doing the math, I gained an average of more than 1/8 inch every week. That’s truly unbelievable for me. So I sticked with this routine only this time, I increased my jelqing from 10 mins to 20 mins. I also added the circular stretch to manual stretching.
From here on.. Everything went from gains to disaster. It was a complete downward spiral!
I woke up the next morning with a wood so I thought the new routine must have been great. It was an off day. After school, I felt horny and decided to jack off. I poured on some baby oil and started stroking my penis with my lubed hands. The moment I touched it, I knew something was different. Something is terribly wrong. I couldn’t feel my dick. It was numb all over except the glans. I still continued stroking, harder this time. Still.. I couldn’t feel anything. The weird thing was.. My erection quality was a perfect 10. After 30 mins. I came and it’s still great but not the usual. I went to bed hours after, hoping that everything would be normal the next day. The following day, I jacked off again to see if everything is ok. This time it was worse. My dick felt like it was in anesthesia.. Thick and desensitized. The orgasms are week. I’m so screwed! It almost got me into tears. I wanted to cry but I couldn’t. All the bad thoughts started coming like what if I did something permanent on my unit? What if I have to stay like this for the rest of my life? Then I started thinking.. What’s the use of a big wang if you couldn’t feel anything during sex?
I started reading cases like mine in this website. The only thing I found useful are complete rest and some vitamins for the nerves. I found out that I damaged the nerves running on the top side of my penis. I think jelqing was the culprit cause my grip was so tight the last time I did it. It’s been a month now since I quit doing any form of PE. And luckily, my old sensations are back. Thank God! I’m not sure if it’s a 100% but that time of waiting for it to go back was hell. I can’t sleep at night and I can’t focus on school. It was stressful and dreadful. Now I still don’t know if I would do PE again thinking about what happened to me. It was traumatizing. Ont he other hand, now that I’ve proven PE is true, I guess a second try wouldn’t hurt. To those who experienced the same thing like this.. My advice is to stay out of PE after the onset of numbness. Don’t touch your penis as much as possible. This means no sex and no masturbation. Hard I know. Damaged nerves do heal but it takes a lot of time. Then after you recover.. Restart PE with a much lighter approach and more care this time. I’ve learned my lesson from this. PE is effective but could be harmful at the same time. Maybe I was doing it wrong the first place.
