Overstretched Tissues?

I think I may have overstretched some erectile tissue with years of hanging or maybe did some damage. Is there any advice to help combat this?

I’m not sure you can correct stretched tissue. What kind of damage are we talking about?

Feel like the glans is a little stretched from the shaft. Still works but think I’m not 100% at times but feel it more when flaccid for some reason like it doesn’t hang the same.
