Hello all.. Since I am new I am not allowed to post this on the injury forum.. I have been PE-ing for a while now but 4 days ago I was doing a jelq workout and right before I was about to finish I performed a very hard Uli.. I guessi squeezed to hard because I felt a sharp pain and stopped immediately.. Since that day I have not done any PE and have not noticed any bumps or discoloration.. The only thing I have noticed is that my flaccid is hanging more and I am getting a soring ache either in the glans or right under them.. Any one have any ideas on what I have done.. Or if I should not PE until the soreness is totally gone?. Or can this be a good thing because I am hanging lower then ever?

Please comment.. I need advice.

Where was your pain located? Near the glnas, in your shaft, towards the ligs?

You probably stretched some of the tissue near the head and it is still a bit sensitive. The good news is that you don’t have any discoloration/bruising.

I would suggest to do some light workouts and if you experience no more pain, to get more aggressive again.

I love good news.. The soreness is near the head.. I think I’m just going to take some anti infantries and rest a couple more days.. Thanks for your advice buddy

Hey rufry,

I had a similar thing happen recently; a tender spot just under the corona, but on the top side of the shaft. I couldn’t see anything unusual, and it was sore only when erect, so I figured it was just irritated skin and kept on PEing. Now I have a full blown thrombosed vein, which is tender all of the time and I’m taking regular doses (325mg) of aspirin in a bid to remove the clot. Looks like I won’t even be able to jerk off now for at least two weeks, let alone PE. :(

Bottom line is, do not make the same mistake I did; take analgesics if it helps, but take at least a week off, or as long as it takes for the pain to subside plus several more days before going back to PE.

When you get started again, try to remember that there is no need to perform any PE exercise so hard that it takes you anywhere near the injury threshold. Trying to go harder to speed things up, actually ends up slowing your progress down or even reversing it.

Thanks for every ones help.. I think I will take a couple weeks off PE.. The soreness seems to be going down day by day.. Sucks because I’m very anxious to get back to my routine

I have recently been going through the same thing.. A pain in the glans during erection and especially if I do a Kegel.. It came about after a pipe-assisted fulcrum stretching session.. I had to tell my girlfriend to stop giving me head because the pain was making my erection go away.I have been PEing for about three months.. Just starting to get away from the newbie routine and this happens.. It seems to be the prevailing opinion that time off is needed.. This happened on Monday(it’s Saturday) and it hurts a lot less but I can still tell it’s there from time to time.. Thanks to all for their advice and guidance..
