Here in the US, they give you the results from an ultra sound on the spot, they having seen the results of arterial and venous blood flow values immediately as the test is being administered.

Tell us more about this operation they want to perform and your “permanent” damage. I don’t understand how they could come to the conclusion that it is “permanent” without having made a diagnosis.
