Possible help for ED
So full disclosure I’ve never had ED, but I’ve had periods of erections that varied in quality.
Something that’s really worked for me to keep me getting rock hard at 100% is pelvic floor exercises and I don’t just mean kegels. The video I’m attaching is an exercise I used and it seemed to really work wonders for me and my EQ. The only thing that would need to be done differently is when you get to the top of the thrust you need to really squeeze you pelvic floor muscles and butt tight, like REALLY squeeze and hold. Then repeat about 10x and do that a few times during the day, whenever you have a chance.
It’s not a guaranteed fix to an ED problem by any means, but it could help.
