Possible help for ED

So full disclosure I’ve never had ED, but I’ve had periods of erections that varied in quality.

Something that’s really worked for me to keep me getting rock hard at 100% is pelvic floor exercises and I don’t just mean kegels. The video I’m attaching is an exercise I used and it seemed to really work wonders for me and my EQ. The only thing that would need to be done differently is when you get to the top of the thrust you need to really squeeze you pelvic floor muscles and butt tight, like REALLY squeeze and hold. Then repeat about 10x and do that a few times during the day, whenever you have a chance.

It’s not a guaranteed fix to an ED problem by any means, but it could help.

That exercise activates the same muscles as kegels, plus many more. I am doing them to help with hip pain and also get the bonus kegel benefit. :up: :up:


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Exactly, kegels are fine, but this really activates the pelvic floor muscles. A lot of guys have loose pelvic floor muscles as they get older and they don’t realize that’s the cause of a lot of their problems. It could be ED, urinary problems, etc.

I feel like they’ve strengthened my pelvic floor muscles more than kegels to be honest. When I get to the top of the thrust I squeeze the muscles that the Kegel works and it’s worked for me. I feel like I’m 17 again where I all I have to do is think about getting hard and I can get hard again.

Also that’s not the only one to stretch the pelvic muscles. The rest can be found by searching pelvic muscles stretching.

Thanks for bringing this up. Body stretching are way underrated in my opinion.

No of course not, plenty more out there. This is pretty simple and straightforward though, just about anybody can do this even at work in an office. Might look a little weird, but hey it’s exercise right?!
