But should I worry about my scar tissue? Only the left side is indented. Thanks!
I am no doctor (nor do I play one on TV). But, I have lived through something similar. A number of years ago my cock had a different shape, more of a downward curve (not much but clearly so). I embarked on various PE efforts, without benefit of guidance from sites such as Thunders, and was overly aggressive, especially in stretching. Really forced stretching to an extreme. My cock developed a similar “dent” on the left toward the top and instead of the downward curve, I grew into a slightly left and upward curve, mostly toward the tip. I can feel scar tissue at the dent, or at least I could for a long time. To your question, I think backing off trying to force things and instead being more gentle in jelqs can actually help. As can heated lower pressure pumping and gentle stretching. Over time I have somewhat softened the harder “dent” and even straightened a bit (and grew). You do not have any curve so that’s a good thing. I would not consider anything like the injection the doctor could offer for Pyronies, as the nasty dangers and risks don’t seem worth it unless a curve makes one almost dysfunctional. I suspect over time you could even out your spot, with cautious and more gentle PE efforts. Slow and steady wins the race.
