Red spot on glans

Hello, guys,

A bit worried again, few days ago I have noticed this red spot on my glans, right on the tip, covering the inferior side of the urethra, and the upper frenulum.

So, I have been using a phallosan+ extender, with a vacuum cap. I always wear the protective sleeve to protect my glans from bruises and swellings before inserting it in the vacuum cap.
I also use a bathmate every morning, and once a week, I use an air pump.

Well, long story short, is that, I just started seriously beginning of last week, and on Friday I have noticed this. I think it’s the vacuum bell from the phallosan. Did you experience this?

I stopped for 2 days, and while I had the feeling that it’s going away, this is how it looks like after 10 mins of bathmate.

Do you have any ideas if this is the new permanent looks of my dick? Should I visit an urologist?

Well, I was just asking if any of you have experienced this in the past. It is definitely the phallosan vacuum bell.
1. I might have created too much vacuum
2. I surely left it there for too much time (more than 2 hours continuously)
3. I didn’t massage the area even if the glans was swollen (edema from the vacuum) and the urethra area white.

Now, is this kind of discoloration something you have experienced? Is it something permanent or it will go? Can I continue stretching with the extender without worsening it?
Should I see a urologist?
