Sharp pain under glans

Sharp pain under glans

Sorry to post this here, unable to post in injury forum.

Is this something anyone has any experience with? Started about 4 days ago after an aggressive masturbation session and pulling while erect. Obviously taking a break from any activities.

There are a few posts on the injury thread that sound similar, unfortunately most of them don’t seem to end very well, or OP never follows up. I’m hoping somebody has experienced something like this and has recovered fully with rest. No discoloration, swelling, etc. Still able to get an erection, ejaculate and urinate without problems, though the pain can be fairly persistent. On the underside of my unit right where the glans meets the head. Thanks for your replies!

Don’t use your penis for anything other than voiding urine for the next three weeks. When you resume, don’t jack off aggressively or pull an erect penis.

That’s the plan Titleist, thanks.

Really nobody has experienced something like this before?

Throughout my time doing PE I will occasionally feel a sharper type of pain in different areas. I will rest and it has always gone away. My thought is that it is caused by nerve irritation. Once they get excited they will need some rest to settle down.

I’m not saying that what you or me have experienced is absolutely nerve related, but this is where I have leaned in the past.

Regardless, as Titleist has said, nothing stress related until the pain goes away.

If it doesn’t subside, you will need to see a doctor.

I could be off here, but I think my pain behind my glans tends to be made worse by

-poor sleep
-poor diet
-pelvic floor tension, lack of reverse kegels
-tight groins

How are you doing in these areas?

Hey, thanks a lot for both of your replies.

LittleEngine - I agree with your theory, definitely feels nerve related and I plan on taking the entire month off, no masturbation or anything. Already feeling a bit better, thanks.

Toucan - My diet is excellent, sleep pretty good. I was reading a bit into the pelvic floor tension, and started doing some light yoga to help. I think someone around here mentioned the pigeon’s pose as being helpful? What do you do just reverse kegels?

Heyyy READ

I have a similar situation to you. I was jelqing May 2019 then suddenly felt a sharp pain. There was no swelling afterwards. I stopped jelqing after that but still continued having sex and masturbating then on April 2020 while I was masturbating I felt the sharp pain again then my vein started swelling and stiffening(there’s a cord-like structure just below the skin of the shaft). I could barely jog or run because of the pain. I believe this is Mondor’s disease. Then I stopped having sex and masturbating altogether and felt the pain is subsiding, but on Sept 2020 I masturbated again and it came back. I visited the doctor this Monday and the urologist told me he definitely felt a fibrous thing but could pinpoint what it is, and told me I have to observe for 6 months. He also told me that the worst case would be to open my skin and examine. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG BEFORE JUMPING BACK TO PE, DO IT! I DON’T WANT ANYBODY EXPERIENCING WHAT I AM EXPERIENCING.

Lilbobeep,

Really sorry to hear what you’re going through, I hope it resolves itself sometime soon. I have a couple of questions:

-Have you done any PE since May 2019?
-Was you’re masturbating particularly aggressive?
-Did you completely abstain from sex and masturbation between April and September 2020, and then the first time you tried again it came back?

I’ve seen a few other cases like yours on forums where the issue seems to keep coming up over months and years, it’s something I desperately want to avoid. If you believe it’s Mondor’s it should be self-limiting right? I’m reading most cases resolve in 4-6 weeks. It also looks like warm compress and NSAIDs are good treatments have you tried those? Again, wishing you well man.

Check out a video on YouTube called “Reduce male pelvic pain with these 10 stretches”. I’ve been using that along with the RKs.
