Small red areas on head of penis.

I have been getting small red spots on my penis. They look like it is an irritation of the skin or some kind of inflammation of the head or something like that. I also have these marks on my shaft which are red as well. I’ve had them for years and they’ve never gone away. I just noticed a new one on the head of my penis and it is rather unattracting and I was wondering if anyone had any idea what these were or how to deal with them. They’re not an STD, and these aren’t open wounds or something that looks like an infection. It is more on the surface on the head.

Here are some pics. Does anyone know what these could be? In my opinion, it seems like balanitis.

Can’t see the pics but I would say if it doesn’t hurt or itch guess it’s not an infection must be some blood pressed to skin due to the jelqing if it is on the glans, now if the red dots are sprouting on the shaft so that might be a craved hair something like this, as soon as you post the pics we can tell you for sure

It’s none of the cases I said before it looks like you used some sort of vac extender and got a bubble on the glans by the friction of the capsule and the glans if not that I don’t know

Yeah I haven’t used anything like that. It seems friction or something like that. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

The first pic looks like what I have from time to time. I never really checked it out because it never really bothered me. It might be blantitis or something of that nature.

Do they go away on their own? I’ve had one of them for a few years now I think. I just noticed a new one thats why I posted the pic.
