I have been using various techniqes for about 6 months now and have seen improvements but hav’nt talked to anyone who smokes. I am trying to quit and of course think there will be a big improvement in gains. Can anyone give me advice.

Hello whome1269 nice to meet you,
I chain smoke and don’t think it effects gains. If you are not fit (in the non sexual sense) thats likely to have a greater effect.
Whats your program, and how consistently do you do it.

Thanx for the reply. I got a good laugh cause I am chain smoking today. I usually go for 4 to 6 times a week pumping and will JELQ in the shower on off dates I got roomates so privacy is a challenge I pumped for three months along with stretching and once in a while I JELQ. I relocated to Miami and took a little time off bfore I was able to start again I look to step up my program in the new year. These forums are giving me alot of advice

Sounds like consistency is your major problem. Jelqing probably needs to be a much bigger part of your routine. I consider it an exercise of primary importance.
