Specific question re: stretch marks

Has anyone gotten stretch marks from PE and removed or lessened them with a topical treatment? I must have sensivive skin, my dick is starting to look like a war zone! Any help, advice or input on this would be appreciated.

I find that applying cocoa butter before and after workouts help to minimize the formation of new marks.
