The Right Side Is Growing Bigger Than The Left

Hi all, been doing p.e on and off for years but over the past year I’ve been consistently training for 5 on 2 off.
My routine is
hot wrap 5 min
20 min stretches
30 min jelks
ulis for about 4 min
Hot wrap 5 min

Ok so I’ve seen decent gains so far, around an inch length but my girth gains are uneven, the right side of my erect penis is full and meaty looking but the left side isn’t changing very much at all. When I do jelks I alternate hands every few minutes, same with stretches.
I’ve been getting more concerned about this and been trying to train the left side abit harder but it seems to be getting worse. I’ve been doing bending and stretching exercises. There’s no pain when i get a hardon no pain when doing jelks but I do feel alot of pressure in the glands. Any suggestions or advice most welcome. Thanks

My immediate thought is that you may be over-training and somehow your left chamber is more susceptible to fatigue than your right. This is nothing more than a guess and I’m sure other members will chime in.

That said, a 5-on-2-off schedule seems like it would be rather hard on your anatomy especially on the fourth and fifth days. Have you experimented with a 2-on-1-off schedule?

If my guess is in the right ballpark, when you try to train the left side harder you may actually be causing additional fatigue and making it structurally weaker than the right side. Also, have you taken any deconditioning breaks over the past year you’ve been doing PE?

It could be that, never thought of it being fatigue. Thought maybe my cock was just weird and that my left side couldn’t grow lol. I’ve had a few short breaks, one in the spring and then in the summer for around a week. I often get blood spots mid shaft after a hard jelk sesh and in take a few days off.

Never tried mixing up the schedule but it’s a good idea.

I was thinking maybe I should take 2 months off jelks, just work on stretching and kegels then come back slow and not train my member so hard. What you think? Thanks

Blood spots make me think that you’re jelqing too hard, though it may be just the lack of lubrication leading to irritation. If it is that you’re applying too much force or doing it with too much of an erection, these could both be very conducive to fatigue.

What % erection do you typically jelq? How many jelqs do you typically do in a 30 minute session? I almost always count individual jelqs rather than the time I spend on them because it helps me be more consistent. My reasoning is if I’m doing pushups, I wouldn’t do pushups for 10 minutes I’d do X amount of pushups. This is because I could keep track of how much exercise that I’m doing and not allow myself to drift from the task at hand.

I would take at least a week off from everything except kegels, preferably two weeks off and maybe start with some light stretches in the latter half of the second week. My personal preference is jelqing with some sort of lubrication because when I attempted to dry jelq I had very noticeable stretching on the surface, with lube it’s much more manageable. (Not too much though, you don’t want to slip haha) Also, when you come back from your 1-2 week break try doing a 2-on-1-off schedule. The gains may take a little longer but you’ll have more luck in the long run if you aren’t constantly pushing yourself to the point of fatigue.

One last thing, if you feel any pain in your left chamber or anything that feels like it shouldn’t be happening I’d recommend seeing a medical professional. This sounds like a fatigue issue but I have minimal context and i’m communicating with you over a PE message board so it’s important to remember to take everything on here with a grain of salt. Again, it sounds like fatigue but you have to be the judge of your anatomy.

Again, thanks for the much appreciated advice. Jelk strokes are around 7 sec so it’s around 250 jelks. I try to be as hard as possible so during the sesh anywhere between 100 - 80%.

I’ll start back second week in January, but I’ll keep up with the kegels throughout the break. I don’t feel any pain or even discomfort during or after a workout but sometimes a donut effect under the glands. That’s just a temporary fluid build up but still shows how hard I work it.

I can try wet jelks and see how it goes, coconut oil is my preferred lube, really good for the skin and tissue beneath.

I’ll search for info about fatigue during pe, never heard of it before but hoping your advice works. Maybe one day I’ll hit my 8x6” target.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! - this thread has a user that states "Erect jelqing is not only dangerous, but ineffective" and while I’m sure some results can be yielded from it in the short term, to me it doesn’t seem like a sustainable exercise (especially if it’s the primary one you’re using)

2. If I remember correctly, and if we’re talking about the same thing, the donut effect is a direct result of the body responding to trauma/overwork.

3. What are your current stats? It seems like we have a similar goal!
