tip of the day
I went snowboarding for the first time this season in Collingwood
and landed on my tailbone a few times real hard. Well doing Kegels and sometimes jelqs has been real painful. So I stopped for 2 weeks and have lost alot of gain in those departments. Just thought I’d post this since it never crossed my mind that it could happen. So the tip is avoid physical activity that hurts your ass!
