My problem is that my penis has always been fine, no problems whatsoever. But beginning about 5-6 months ago, my penis started to shrink up when flaccid. Instead of hanging down normally, it retracts back more and sticks out. The only time it is somewhat loosely hanging is after I pee, or when I lie down. I have 2 comments for you to consider:
1. Monitor your blood pressure spread throughout the day with readings over a 3 - 4 week period.
2. To determine if your penis is simply responding to differences between hot and cold and if you aren’t aware when it is the normal size.
3. Although you said you’ve been to a urologist are you periodically performing a self check of the testicles for unusual lumps and bumps?
4. Are you going through a growth spurt?
5. What is your diet like? Are you eating healthy?
You don’t need to answer any of these questions to me. These are the types of things I would rule in / rule out as a possible cause.
