Vitamin K cream for red and purple spots

Has anyone used this successfully to treat red or purple spots? I have a purple spot about the size of a freckle which has not faded after two weeks of rest. Well, I confess I got tired of waiting and went back to the newbie routine gently and the spot was unchanged afterwards.

I did a search on this and found a couple of references to it, but no-one who has had success with it. Could it work for this type of injury?

oobiedoobie, I actually have been using a vitamin K cream. I have about 10 purplse spots, same situation as you. I’ve been using this stuff for about 2 weeks and it seems to fade it; however, after another workout it just comes back purple :/

I developed a small purple spot which never went away. I’m assuming it’s a tiny vein or capillary that became enlarged with jelqing and is now a permanent feature.
