Weird injury. Fatigue Sore lig Thrombosed Vein. Which one
Yo. I have a weird injury going on for about 3 days now. I learned from the first time I over trained to not panic, so I’m trying to stay positive about all of this.
My routine - 2 days on 1 day off - warm up, 3 or 4 15min clamp sessions, warm down, heavy duty static stretcher for 45min - 1 hour.
I have been clamping for about 10 weeks now. I tried to switch up my routine a bit and add some squeezes and bends while I was clamped. It didn’t hurt while I was doing it, and I can’t recall if I was able to get 100% erection that same day, but my dick didn’t go numb or cold so it seemed like I did everything right. Also, as my dick was in the static stretcher, I happened to find a heat pad and wrapped it around my dick. It didn’t burn, and in fact it seemed to help me stretch longer than I usually do. However, the next night my gf came over and I was only able to get about 70% erect. We still had sex, I still made her cum, however after I came my dick went limp for the most part. About 45% erection. I don’t have morning wood right now, I don’t get random erections during the day and I’m not sure exactly what kind of injury I have (if any)!! I am still able to manipulate myself to about a 70% erection if I try, so I don’t have a total loss of wood. Like I said, I’ve had similar symptoms before, so I’m trying to not get too worried. But, I hate when this happens!!
I have a dull sensation in the area of my left ligament, right at the area where my dick attaches to my body. It’s like half way on my dick and half way on my body. It doesn’t hurt, but there is a weird sensation. If I massage it, it feels like I’m irritating it, but it doesn’t hurt. Here’s the real complication: whenever I clamp, I try to get the clamp as close to my body as possible (as directed by the various clamping instructional threads). However, my right ligament seems to be thicker than my left, yet my left ligament is longer than my right so that instead of clamping like — it’s usually like / (not AS diagonal, but you should understand what I mean). It’s not completely straight, but straight enough to work (that may or may not have anything to do with the injury. I just thought I’d throw that out there). Since I have been clamping, I have developed what seems to be a permanent indention on my penis from where the clamp sits. This area doesn’t hurt at all, and it’s not noticeable unless you really inspect it closely, but at first I thought maybe I pinched the vein on the top of my dick. I then however began to feel the sensation on what seems to be my lig, so I’m not exactly sure if the indention is problematic. At times my dick does feel cool (never cold and numb), but I’m willing to bet that I’m just paranoid and I’m doing it to myself. I also noticed that my flaccid hang is really really good right now. Go figure.
My treatment:
3000mg of AAKG (L-Arginine)
A shitload of water (probably more than a gallon a day)
Multivitamin
Exercise
Kegels
No sex (very hard to do) / masturbation
Animal Stak testosterone booster
Weight gaining diet (240g of protein / 500 - 600g of carbs / 70g of fat @ roughly 3800 calories)
Use heat pad whenever I’m at my computer
At least 2 weeks off
My questions:
I have seen picture of thrombosed veins and the “guitar string” like things that pop up. I have none of those, yet I do have an indention on my dick. I’ve had it for a while and it didn’t affect my EQ before. However, may that be the problem? An advanced search for “indention” yields 0 results. Does anyone else have this indention?
I feel the sensation in what seems to be my ligs - do sore ligs effect EQ and how long do they take to heal on average?
It sounds more like over training, correct? In which case, patience is the best method of healing.
