What Causes This?

Every time my wife has given me a handjob with no lube, she strokes me using my foreskin.

At the time, it does not hurt, but soon after ejaculation, my foreskin swells up so thick I that I can’t even retract it to expose the glands. If I was to take a guess my foreskin swells to a circumference of maybe 7 inches. It will last about half a day, which makes urinating almost impossible. I’ve asked her to please use lube, but in the heat of the moment, she attacks it dry.

My foreskin has gotten swollen (a little) from compulsively masturbating all day. The last time this happened I was in high school though ;)

My guess would be, she uses too much pressure, not enough spit, and maybe you got some sort of infection (bacterial or yeast infection) as a result of micro tears in your foreskin from all the friction.

I’ve just recently started the newbie routine, however, this is going on for years. And my current routine using baby oil does not make my foreskin swell up. It only happens when she strokes me dry.
