Yeowch!
I need opinions please. I just started PE again after many years of inactivity. I began stretching btc about 10 min in the shower, followed by traction wrap. At one point in my btc stretch I bent down to get shampoo. Something popped or snapped. It only hurt seriously for a minute or so, so I pretty much ignored it and thought it was the famous lig pop y’all talk about. Later that day, though, I noticed a veiny beaded type string which you all describe as lymph blockage. Somehow I think this is unlikely due to how the injury happened. It’s still sore and still there 4-5 days later and it’s still mildly painful (uncomfortable). What do you guys think it is? Should I be worried? Treatment suggestions?
