First question. Is caffeine bad for PE? I take 200mg a day and I do not consume any from other sources.

2nd. Does the Omega 3 oil contain Mercury? See the area I like in the fish have high Mercury content the health officials said do not consume more that one fish a month here for fresh water fish. And I hate salt water fish. In a nutshell I do not eat fish but I know the Omega 3 is really good for you.
