For testosterone to convert to DHT, you need the enzyme 5-A-reductase. No 5AA, no DHT, no growth.

However, by having additional testosterone in that area you open yourself up to the typical effects of steroid use (impotence, bitch tits, among others). Not to mention the risk of an enlarged prostate.

Oh, you’ll also need GH in your dick for the DHT to work the magic.

There was recently a clinical trial conducted using a topical testosterone cream on the penis, funny, there was no mention of impotence. But Im sure you know more then a team of researchers. Im a little sad Ive wasted this time talking to you.

I’m no urologist or MD, just a student with functional knowledge of biochem and physiology.

I’m a newbie on this forum, but this seems like a great place - I’m all for bigger dicks - with a close-knit community and is, in essence, a self-improvement site.

Yanking yourself to a bigger unit is harmless, but the methods outlined in this thread are not. 4AD is designed for systemic delivery, meaning that the prohormone will not confine itself to the desired region. It will definitely reach your prostate and then it may cause problems.

Whether or not the prohormone method works or not is simply beside the point; it’s dangerous. You certainly wouldn’t want to run into problems at 50 from something stupid you did at 20.

At the least, I’d suggest the mods add some kind of disclaimer warning readers that the 4AD route isn’t confirmed to be safe. At the most, I’d suggest that they lock the thread.

The doctors that prescribe T cream to children w/5AR defects, or those that designed the trials with hundreds of patients have concluded otherwise.
