5 hour energy.
This is not directly PE related but for ME it is slightly PE related. Since I’ve been a teenager and perhaps earlier (I’m 29) I’ve had the HARDEST time waking up in the morning. I will give up my entire life away for a couple extra hours of sleep. I sleep enough, I sleep well, my diet is good. Not to say that it always has been this way, in the past I’ve had all kinds of diets combined with all kinds of activity levels (active, lazy, etc..). Currently I’m very active, I exercise a lot, and I eat very well. There’s no excuse for me to be dreading waking up in the morning like I do. I’ve had jobs at coffee shops in the past where I had to wake up at 4am and I did it, but my first waking hour is pure misery and the reason I quit my last coffee shop was so that I could sleep!
You might be thinking: we all feel lousy in the morning, but trust me when I say that I have a morning PROBLEM! For example I skipped school today when I’m already behind, postponed doing my PE and going to the gym (which I’m still going to do, much later than planned) and here I sit in bed while I type this. I slept 10 hours, what a waste! My lack of motivation in the mornings is having a negative impact on my life and I honestly feel helpless when the alarm clock goes off, like I don’t even have any control at all as to whether or not I get out of bed. Perhaps I’m exaggerating a little bit but this is something that I could use some help with. I lack the discipline, I know. I’m working on it and am seeking liquid help!
I’ve used 5 hour energy before and it works very, very well. I think that if I sit it beside my bed that I’ll be able to pop one of those things open and start my day immediately. If you’ve ever had one before you know what I mean, they work VERY quickly. The ingredients are nothing fancy. What stands out the most is the amount of certain B vitamins that they put in it. Unfortunately I don’t have the exact ingredients handy to list here but I’m hoping that someone with experience can chime in. I’ve been reading reviews and people don’t seem scared by 5 hour energy. It’s suggested that the consumer only takes 2 a day, I’d only take one. I’m looking for second opinions regarding whether or not daily use of this product is bad. I’m in good health, heart, blood pressure, everything. I’d take 5 hour energy once a day, five times a week. Any nutritionist out there?
Thanks for any reply and sorry if this is the wrong section of the forums.
