A Prescription DHT Alternative?

I would like try some brief DHT (dihyrotestosterone) therapy to heal my penis (clamping injury) because my libido is very poor at the moment. I’m guess DHT could do this since it grows the penis during puberty. I don’t really want to buy the prescription stuff though. Would someone please tell me what I could buy instead?

DHT is not going to heal your penis, only time and rest. The penis is unresponsive to DHT after puberty as well. DHT could help with libido though. There used to be a pro-hormone to DHT that was legal, but it is now banned. Take a break and get some Viagra.

Rest doesn’t appear to work. The nerves in my penis are probably shot, making my libido low. If DHT boosts libido perhaps it can fix my nerves?

Biffy…If your free testosterone levels are within the upper normal paramaters then the 5alpha-reductase enzyme will make sufficient DHT for you and you PE gains/healing,provided you’re not taking any finasteride or saw palmetto which would greatly inhibit this important conversion.See if you can get a requesition for the following blood screens..Free and Total testosterone,Estradiol,DHT,Prolactin and SHBG..this is the protein which binds up your testosterone and lowers your(free)levels, which is the important(active) version.

The only forms of exogenous DHT that I’m aware of are:
Injectable synthetic DHT which is very hard to come by
Oral (methylated)DHT which is an androgen in tablet form called Proviron(mesterolone) and is available world wide and is made by Scherring.

Topical DHT cream called Andractim which is topically applied and indicated for the treatment of Gynecomastia,as some know that DHT has potent anti-estrogen properties.
Sorry but I never heard of supplemental or herbal DHT, and I doubt that it exists.

DHT I believe is critical for quality errections and PE as it increases smooth muscle integrity in the tunica which acts upon the venules to cause contractile veno-occlusion,thus engorging the penis to the max and reducing the chance of venous leakage.

Thanks for that Snakecharmer. I think I’ll try Finasteride for 6 months and see what happens when I stop it cold turkey. I’ll also get tests done on my testosterone etc first to make sure I have enough for the DHT kick at the end.

No Nooo!…Finasteride will supress your DHT levels.I would not suggest/recomend this!

Were you considering taking this med for an underlying hair loss/enlarged prostate condition? Otherwise avoid like the plague.

I’ve used this med before for hairloss,and it left my libido in the shitter and my dick could never get fully rock hard.
