Have not measured girth, it was 4.75 (base), slightly below 4.5 (mid-shaft) and 4.25 (head) prior to the first cycle. Contrary to Jones recommendation, I have not abstained and of course this is anecdotal, but the head (when erect) appears to have caught up to the shaft, but then again maybe the shaft shrank ;[ . I was really hoping to have the type of gains Jones claimed - 1/2” in girth and length. Even a 1/2” girth only gain would have been great (it would have meant my dick gained much more volumewise).
I have no doubts I’ve gained during the first cycle but am not sure of the reason. It might have been from resting after about 6 mo’s of intensive PEing. I also read somewhere that intensive lower body workouts helped raise T (and I think, erection) levels of the participants in that study and I pounded my legs during that cycle. I also did a lot of massaging of my groin area in order to increase circulation. The workouts and massages didn’t produce any gains during my off cycle period however.
FYI - I’ve initiated the process of obtaining an Androgel scrip to follow the plan of that Dr on one of the other boards. So, chalk me up as a hopeful but sceptical/guinea pig/lab rat.
