Anyone tried horny goat weed and whats max dose

any1 know if hgw works and how well? Also what is max dose? i would like to be able to keep semi for long time as i think this may help recovery period. stands to reason that if cells recover while penis longer then they should recover at bigger size.

That would be a personal thing anyway basil. What is a good dose for one person not be good for another. If you are interested in trying it, start with a small dose at first and judge for yourself.

Maybe someone who has tried hgw will chime in here with their thoughts.
