I don’t feel any different really. When taking L-arginine I usually feel really thirsty within an hour or two (no matter how much I drink) but these don’t seem to cause that problem. And like I say, my gut seems to be completely fine with them.
I think it took about 3 to 4 days before I noticed any results with regards to my loads. I’d say this is probably my 3rd week on them and the results are still good. Once I run out though, I’m going to wait a while before I re-order, just to make sure it is the antler and not anything else. (not that I’m taking anything else, I’m just working out at the gym more)
I really hope others have the same kind of result with this! I know what it’s like hopping from supplement to supplement on the advice of others on this board but not getting the same results that people talk about, so good luck!
