Just like the title says. If so are they any good? I want to take them with pro biotics. Anybody tried floracil 50?

I’ve tried drinking vinegar, white and apple cider vinegar. I lose my appetite after drinking a bit of it in water. It’s useful for stopping a sugar binge. I find if I drink some vinegar before consuming sugar, it doesn’t give me the opiate like feeling that motivates the binge. Traveling on a clean diet is very difficult since convenience foods in the USA are virtually all laced with fructose and sedative salts. I’ve been prescribed xanax before, prescribed by a bad MD, but a box of snack cakes is a far more potent sedative cocktail with stronger addictive traits.

Earlier this year I was traveling for an extended period of time, I bought some convenience foods since I didn’t want to experience the hassle of taxis or ubers in a place I’d never been before. By the time I left I was eating 5 or 6 boxes of snack cakes a day, to the exclusion of everything else but hotel coffee and tea. I was consuming them like a chain smoker, by the time the first cake left my mouth I was already unwrapping the next one. My hotel trash can was overflowing with wrappers.

I confuses me some that the USA, which has so much experience with combating illicit addictive substances, doesn’t recognize when their food supply has been adulterated with drugs. It’s clearly not just sugar in the food. Eating gas station food in the USA is a wilder experience than touring Amsterdam.

I’ve had great results with them. They seem to help me cut weight quickly.

Nope, but I’ve drank apple cider vinegar.

You didn’t state so, I’m guessing the real deal is probably more effective for weight loss as it’s recommended to have 1 Tbsp before a meal mixed with water. Chugging 8+ oz of water helps you feel a little more full. Also there are studies that have shown a small (4-6%, IIRC) drop in blood sugar levels when 2 Tbsp is taken before bed. Always dilute it with a cup of water as it’s harsh on your teeth straight.

Reminds me to do that again, I’ve slacked off.

I didn’t run any kind of control or anything, can’t speak to what difference it made. Only thing noticeable was the chugging water before a meal I mentioned.

I’ve taken them for a year or so. I find they help keep my appetite at bay while fasting. They’re also not bad for indigestion in my experience. I can’t speak to the science behind it, but I’ve also read that it drastically increases your body’s absorption rate for vitamins and minerals, so I take it along with those.
