The last few months I have been feeling a little jaded and decided a sort of detox diet might be a good idea. I decided to eat only one thing and drink only one thing (apart from water) for a week.

I decided to try beef and beer and allowed myself to eat and drink as much as I wanted. I am amazed at how much healthier I feel. I have much more energy and even lost a bit of weight of my belly.

I am going back my normal diet today.

The next time I try this I might go for fish and wine.

I personally don’t believe in detox diet, I’d go with one baed on bodybuilding, high protein/moderate carb/ lower fat and eat 6 meals a day spaced 2.5 to 3 hours apart

But I don’t know what you goal is so I guess I can’t say much, just talking, listen if you want

I thought a week was too long last time, so I am only going to do three days this time. And the combination is going to be tomato juice and chicken.

Will start on Friday and end on Sunday.

When on the diet I only eat the one thing, or drink the one thing. Breakfast included, no bread or anything else.
