Hi there I was in the local chemists the other day and saw some pills that are for increasing blood circulation for people who suffer from cold feet and hands.Do you think they would be of any benefit to a PE program,or is there any other supplements you guys take to help with PE. Also what are your views on penis enlargement pills,I’ve always thought they were a bit of a con so have avoided them,but I remember reading on another PE forum a while ago they had conducted a survey on about 20 different types of pills,some had really bad reviews but some had shown positive results.though again I wasn’t sure if this site was a scam and was just trying to flog some of it’s products.So I thought I would ask you lot out there as I trust your opinions.

Welcome to the forum. Please user proper punctuation and capital letters. A fair amount of our members don’t have english as their first language, so keeping it correct makes things easier for all of us.

Forget about the pills. A vasodilator will supposedly make you swell a little - temporarily - but won’t help with permanent gains.
