capsules

Does anyone know where I can buy capsules in the Netherlands? Or online elsewhere in Europe? I could order from the US, but then I either have to pay about the same amount on shipping if I don’t want to wait for several weeks, or wait longer than I care to.

Also, what capsule size should I take to cap: 500 mg Acetyl-L-cartinine and 25 mg L-orthinine?

For 500mg AlCAR you could get away with O size caps if you got a good tamper ot pack it tightly. OO caps and you could get 750mg or so. 25mg would be too hard to measure out unless you had a really accurate scale. You could mix it with a filler but you have to make sure you mix it thoroughly which again is difficult.

Also have you ever tried to cap ALCAR because it’s a pain. It absorbs the moisture from the air and becomes sticky and clumpy making it difficult to cap.

Thanks, Emitecaps! I haven’t tried caping anything yet, but I’m willing to give it a try. Based on what you said about the ALCAR being a pain to cap, I think it may be best to go with two O capsules to cap the ALCAR and Orthinine. Now all I have to do is try to get some capsules, but the Netherlands is pretty backwards when it comes to self-supplementation. Hence my trouble finding a place here where I can buy capsules and supplements. So, it looks like I will have to order the capsules from the U.S. after all.
