I have never tried the CBD oils so I cannot comment on those, but any cream with vitamin E as a component helps my skin tremendously, like cocoa or Shea butter with it added.

I have read that CBD can enhance both tissue and bone regeneration. There are a few studies linking it to faster wound and bone fracture healing.
