Centrum helpful to PE?
Hey everybody. I’m still fairly new with PE, so I was just wondering if taking Centrum would be ok to take while performing my exercises.
The contents of Centrum is:

(29% as Beta Carotene)

Vitamin E 30 IU: 100%

If you can kindly tell me, or point me in the right direction, what in this is particularly helpful, or harmful (not just to PE, but to my health in general), to my PE routine. And if you have the name of something that might aid me can you tell me what it does (and the possible side effects of it).
Oh, and one more thing. I saw a post a month back, and it said something along the lines of, Vitamin C is bad for your routine. Is this true. Ever since I’ve read this I’ve been inching away from all fruits and basically anything I think has a high Vitamin C content. Can some one please tell me the accuracy of this statement to ease my mind.
