Cheap Dostinex: Megadosis Of Vitamin B6 And E - personal experience

I tried first vitamin E, which is not toxic even at high dosis. Up to 800 mg per day it did nothing for me. Then I tried vitamin B6. 600 mg per day did the trick, I could come, I had short refractory period, I was more horny. Is that a placebo effect? Could be.

Vitamin B6 under the form of piridoxine cloridrate is cheap; over 300mg per day is toxic on the long run though, causing nerve damage and loss of stability, so if you try that don’t take it for more than 4 weeks straight. Of course you could find a lower dose is effective for you (or is ineffective even at higher doses). For me it works pretty fast, after a couple of hours I feel more horny and sensitive.

That’s all folks, if you like to try it report back.

Marinera thank you for you input here, I do remember once in my early days of PE I did experiment with the use of B6. However not to the level that you have. I however have similar challenge similar to that which you have described above. Just this last weekend I went on for 3 hours non stop until I finally came. My partner was rather happy although drained because she enjoyed multiple organisms but I can not tell you how many of my other sexual partners have been frustrated before. So I do think that the above could very well serve me well. Thank you for your input and I too hope to return with some positive feedback.

Thanks Phenyo, that would be interesting.

hi there marinera,

i tried in the past dostinex for a couple of weeks. It did reduce my refractory period but it gave some scary vivid dreams. Sometimes I couldn’t realize if I was dreaming or not, so I’m not recommending it. There was also some issue with heart valve or something that is affected negatively by dostinex.

A "herbal" route towards prolactin decrease is gingko biloba. Every time I take I notice an increase in libido so is not placebo. There’s even a study which shows this:
Ginkgo biloba extract enhances male copulatory behavior and reduces serum prolactin levels in rats - PubMed
"….significantly reduced serum prolactin levels and increased dopamine levels……"

I do take(when I remember) b vitamin complex which has about 50 mg/mcg of each vitamin(IIRC), but I wouldn’t go over 100-200 /day even for short therm unless there’s a serious medical condition which requires it.

Why?

Ginko Biloba does nothing for me.

Did you try to increase dosage/switch brands ?

Yeah I will try all the brands on the planet before understanding that it does nothing.

Why do you think more than 100mg per day ob B6 is so harmful? What kind of disaster do you think is going to happen?

marinera, I was just trying to help, saying that it could be the brand that you used not good enough,I’m not being hostile :)

My reason to not go over 100-200 mg of B6 as stated in my previous post is based on precaution. It is found in low quantity in foods (even on liver which is an organ meat with one of the highest concetration of b vitamins), unlike let’s say vitamin C which you can easily get 1-2 grams(16-33 x times RDA) /day just eating fruits/vegetables.

I’m not being hostile either, I just don’t get your posts today, once I have tried 2 ore 3 brands of Ginko and does nothing I would be insane going ahead trying every brand on the planet hoping it starts doing something. And everything I have read on GB makes me believe that it does pretty much nothing, the effects are about null and the studies are not exactly perfect, to use an understatement. The fact that everytime you take it you notice an effect doesn’t cut out the chances that it is just a placebo effect.

Vitamin B6 is found in low quantity in food, I don’t know if that is true for all the foods, but doesn’t means that it is harmful per se, that is not precaution it is only an arbitrary supposition IMO. Vitamin B6 over 300 mg per day can give side effects but after montsh of uninterrupted consumption, and the side effects are completely reversible, I said that in the first post of this very same thread - actually I said don’t try it for more than 4 weeks straight.

"The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for adults is 100 mg/day of vitamin B6."

I’ve read somewhere that going over this will give diminishing returns and possible minor to moderate side effects.

I’ve taken supplements that do have an effect and others that do not.

Even Ginseng lowers prolactin
Effect of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium) on male copulatory behavior in the rat - PubMed
" Plasma prolactin levels were also significantly decreased after 14 and 28 days of daily ginseng administration."

What that does means in your mind? Do you know how tolerable upper intakes levels are established?

Great. I have just to wait that I become a rat and then inject ginseng.

By the way what ‘significative’ means exactly? If you want to compare it to dostinex or vitamin b6 maybe you should know some numbers. And somebody with excess in prolactin that noticed a benefit from it. I don’t know any. For example, trenbolone cause impotence due to too high prolactin levels, and vitamin B6 is what people on trenbolone use if they can’t get drugs who lower prolactin. I have never heard of anybody successfully using for this purpose ginseng, ginko biloba and other useless herbs that asians are used to despatch as effective. If you want something that can lower significantly prolactin levels maybe agnus castrus is a better choice; but in no way as effective as vitamin b6 and with more side effects.

Hmm… I remember you were the one posting about rat tail tendon and making conclusions based on that

Rait tail tendon is similar to human tendon, human sexuality is completely different than rat sexuality.

By the way, it’s not the vitamin B6 per se that it is associated with side effects, but the inactive form, pyroxidine; the active vitamin b6, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) has never been associated with toxicity
(pag. 89)

so if one is scared, he can buy pyridoxal instead than pyroxidine.
