I often get supplements and items from overseas, twice I have had them opened by customs once was bulk powder once was a phone, for items sent from Iherb via DHL tracking will usually show customs status updated and not get opened.
I get the feeling there would be trusted senders as well as known untrusted ones, the same for receivers, they would get the carriers manifest and check both against the data base then choose which parcels to open.

Airsealed2 is still around. They switched to a “.net” domain name a few weeks ago. I’m getting ready to order some of their tada powder — I’ve heard excellent things about it on a few other sites.

Wow, that is DIRT cheap! Please let us know how well it works. In the past, I’ve had good results by dumping a gram of powder into a bottle of Everclear (pour out some of the booze until you have the right ratio). It will last for years like that — just be sure to give it a few good shakes before you take a sip.

For those of you who are interested in raw powder, I just placed my first order with Airsealed2 today.
