I’ve been doing stacks of cialis with one of the 6-hour meds (viagra, levitra, or stendra.)
What I did was 15mg of liquid tadalafil (equivalent to about 10mg Cialis) 24 hours before sex. Then an hour or two before sex I took 10mg of liquid vardenafil (Levitra.) The results were excellent.
It’s like the Cialis slowly primes the effect, then the 6-hour meds are able to work more effectively.
I might have taken another 5mg liquid tadalafil earlier in the day, but I doubt that was necessary since the initial dose should have been fine for a good 2-3 days (even without stacking.)
The basic rule of thumb I try to follow is to not exceed maximum dose between the two. 1/2 of max dose of each. Or 3/4 of one and 1/4 of the other.
I have accidentally overdosed on Cialis (actually Tadarise.) I took a 40mg Tadarise pill once thinking it was 20mg Cialis (then realized after I took it.) You’ll live. I just had a lot of back pain, muscle pain, and a nasty headache for a few days with some congestion. It’s almost like you feel like you’re getting the flu. Also it was 4 full days of random erections that wouldn’t go down easily.
Even max dose of most ED meds alone have irritating side effects, so I try to not exceed 3/4 max and try to stick to 1/2. When stacking 1/2 and 1/2, I do get into uncomfortable side effect territory which is my motivation to not do it.
I don’t know why I take that much. I know I don’t need it and need to take less. I guess I just want to have a lot of fun. Kind of like when you drink too much forgetting how much you hate hang-overs. :) I’ve experimented enough so that I think I got that out of my system anyway.
