Can anyone with a pharmacy background explain why it’s no longer possible to buy base penetration cream or compounding cream to make DIY formulas?
I really want to get PLO20 from Humco and now all compounding bases require a pharmacy number to get them. This changed recently in the last year or so.
Anyone know why?
As a bonus for any help, I’ll publish a kick ass formula I discovered. I just need to get more base to continue testing.
