Could GHK-Cu be a ChemPE breakthrough?
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper peptide that stimulates the breakdown and synthesis of collagen[1]. It has been purposed for many things, most notably anti-aging. Recently I stumbled upon a video with an anecdotal report stating that when injected subcutaneously, GHK-Cu created a noticeable skin thickening local to the injection site and that when injected intramuscularly, it helped heal a muscle injury[2].
Potential for PE gains:
If subcutaneous injections of GHK-Cu are able to create a noticeable thickening of the skin on the leg as the anecdotal report claims, it seems entirely possible, if not likely, that injecting it subcutaneously into the penis could increase girth by a quarter of an inch (perhaps more) from this same process of skin thickening. I think this will only need 1mg of GHK-Cu/day.
Then there is the question of whether or not injecting it into the tunica or corpus might allow for or cause additional solid gains. How exactly this would work is a little beyond my expertise, but I have seen people say on Thunders that some girth gains are a result of collagen scar tissue building up. If that is the case, I can imagine that stimulating large amounts of collagen synthesis in the penis organ with GHK-Cu may have a similar girth-gaining effect.
I have also seen people say that collagen hinders length gains and that sometimes collagen needs to be broken down to allow for additional length gains. GHK-Cu injections may then be detrimental to further length gains, although since GHK-Cu does also stimulate collagen breakdown, maybe this could benefit length gains. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about this can clarify.
This might require a higher dose than the subcutaneous injections.
GHK-Cu can be applied topically, although I am not sure if this would have the same effect.
Drawbacks:
Injecting your penis every day would be hell. It would only be worth it if you could do it every week or so days with a higher dose for the same effects.
Obviously injections always come with a degree of risk from infection.
There is also post injection pain at the site of injection, which is not something you want to constantly feel in your penis.
If injected subcutaneously, the skin thickening effect may result in an unnatural feel the same way dermal fillers do. However, GHK-Cu would be a fraction of the cost of dermal fillers and won’t be permanent so any ill effects should disappear with time.
It will inevitably cost money, I would estimate around £15/month for subcutaneous method (1mg/day, and about £25/50mg) and potentially more for the second method outlined. So if the gains are marginal it probably isn’t worth the cost.
There aren’t many side effects of GHK-Cu besides injection site pain and cramping. From what I can see, a lowering of blood pressure is the only thing to consider and doses won’t have any tangible side effects until you reach around 200mg, in fact you would have to take about 21,000 mg to overdose[3]. Overall it is considered very safe, part of this being that GHK-Cu naturally occurs in human plasma.
I am certainly not condoning anyone going and injecting GHK-Cu into their penis right now and there is of course a fair chance that none of this would work. However, I hope that their can be some further investigation, as this could be a viable ChemPE method. Let me know if I have overlooked anything.
