Creatine and L-Arginine

Do either of these supplements go bad or loose thier potecy after time? I have a lot of creatine left from over a year ago that I want to start using again. Thanks

As long as they are still dry, and have not been exposed to moisture of humidity, than they should be fine.

Creatine will degrade within hours if it gets wet though.

Within hours? More like minutes. You should drink it right away and not store it for even more than an hour. It should be good as long as it has been sealed tight and kept in a proper storage area.
