DHEA dosage may be to much.
I just bought a bottle of DHEA to help further effective treatment for diabetes. So I did some more definitive research on the hormone that converts over to testosterone or estrogen. It seems the dosage of DHEA that is sold over the counter may be to high. Lower dosages of around 5-10 mg per day should make up for any lack of the hormone. The side effects of DHEA can be hideous. From heart palpitations to erratic mood swings to hair loss. Or the hormone may benefit your health tremendously. Especially if you have a "pot belly" this is called insulin fat, or estrogen fat or worse yet metabolic x.
People under thirty should not take DHEA I’m my opinion, unless you have metabolic x, carbohydrate intolerance of type two diabetes or andropause. Evan at that your dosage should be less than half of the recommended dosage. Split a 25mg pill in half or 4Th’s. This should save you a lot of $$ and help avoid nasty side effects.
These side effects may not happen to everyone, but it is best to stay on the safe side of things.
