Hey Guess What,
Not sure how long you’ve been at it and I think I detect at least some degree of frustration in your posts but PE can take a while to master and even when you know what you’re doing, sometimes a plateau occurs or results just seem to take forever.
I played with jelqing and stretches for almost a year before I started making definite progress. Unfortunately we often err on the side of overdoing it (we’ll say I didn’t see results with 10 minutes jelqing so I’ll try 20 or 30, etc.) when our bodies are slowly, incrementally unlocking DNA, coding proteins & matrices bit by microscopic bit and eventually all of the tiny changes add up to that first 1/16th of an inch we can measure.
Again, it took almost a year for me to see my first undeniable gain (essentially doing the newb program) but 1.6” of BPEL gain later, I’m glad I didn’t fully quit although admittedly I gave up plenty of times along the journey.
Having tried every supplement under the sun, as others have counselled, you should stay as natural as possible because few things outside of good nutrition, heavy lifting (to stimulate T in the right way) & plenty of rest are worth anything in the gains department. Definitely avoid nicotine for this project although Creatine (3 mg a day) has not hindered my gains (and has allowed quicker muscle growth facilitating a more and more T-dominated body which is presumably helpful to PE efforts).
Would just say if I were you, that I’d continue trying a very modest routine and even a 4-6 week deconditioning break on the chance that you’ve over-conditioned yourself which many of us have done more than once (I think many of the periods of time where I gave up in frustration served as unintended but de facto deconditioning breaks setting me up for future gains since I had been trying too damn hard). Time, patience and maintaining a positive outlook are your allies my friend as well as immersing yourself in reading how many others in this forum have pulled this off.
Best of luck!
