Do you know an international e-store for supplements

In Betterman.com forum, the administrator suggests the supplements below additional to the newbie routine:

Take these every day for the duration of this program. Then decide if you want to continue with these supplements.

1 Super B complex.
1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
1 60 mg Zinc.
2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
1 500 mg L-Lysine.

Do you agree with the above cocktail?

Do you know an inexpensive e-store where I could find all of the above and they ship internationally (I live in sunny Greece)?

Will the above cocktail give me larger cum-shots?

Good list but not wise to take all of them at the same time.
L-arginine should be taken in empty stomach atleast 30 minutes before eating something.
L-Lysine should be taken in empty stomach atleast 30 minutes before eating something.
L-arginine and L-Lysine should NOT be taken together at the same time since they fight for the same enzyme. There should be atleast 3 hours gap between ingesting these two stuffs.
Multivitamin, mineral are to be taken with heavy meal of the day.
