Correct. This is generally the recommended routine and it’s what I’ve used.

Thanks for the info, I have been taking creatine for the past 20 years since I read this thread and my Penis is now 2.45 cm longer then it was 20 years ago. Creatine is creating length in my penis if you know what I mean.

I take creatine regularly and it absolutely helps swell my penis and helps with amazing sexual stamina
