Eating late at night
This is one of my biggest downfalls in my losing body fat endeavor. I love midnight snacks. Anything that goes well with milk, especially peanutbutter sandwiches. I have to stop, but I just can’t. So here is my question. Would taking a appetite supressor right after dinner help me stop this or am I just asking for trouble? And “Suck it up lardass and get some self control” is a completely acceptable answer. :D
