First, I would like to say that I believe taking supplements is actually worth it, though there are some that are probably worth more than others, in my opinion, analogous to trying out which PE exercises work best. In my experience specifically, I have noticed a difference in terms of the blood flow to my penis when I am on supplements (aka the vasodilators). Also, I can tell taking certain supplements aides me regarding jelqing. In that regard, as you know, jelqing is more effective if your penis tends to be engorged rather than completely flaccid. Granted, maybe some don’t have a problem with this, but I would venture to say that anyone who has been jelqing for at least six months or more probably has experienced a certain lack of engorgement on occasion. In other words, I’ve noticed that taking supplements ensures more consistently “effective” jelq sessions. Also, I feel there is also a certain psychological edge which simply comes with feeling my penis feeling more engorged all the time, though I don’t mistake this for “permanent results” or “gains without PE.” Anyway, let’s face it, a big part of this whole journey has to do with visualization and feeling like our penises are truly changing.
In any event, regarding the topic at hand, I ended up buying Enlargel, because I determined the ingredient “blend” consisted of those herbs that I would most agree probably are effective. Moreover, in the spirit of experimentation, given that there does not seem to be a health risk, why not try the transdermal way for a change? It’s basically like taking those pills I always get anyway, as opposed to the steriodal cream, and instead massaging the stuff directly on my cock (and who knows, maybe they have devised a truly transdermal delivery mechanism—it’s worth a shot at least for a month in my opinion).
I’m not trying to plug for this product, I just think supplements can be a great benefit to this otherwise experimental journey. And, it is an experimental journey. After all, even if you get gains, don’t forget you can also lose them if you don’t do maintenance PE for the rest of your life. Something to think about if you’re prone to dismiss supplements but not, for example, the new xyz way to pull your pud every morning.
