Erection: Issues and Questions

I have a few question to a few issues I am having with my erectile ability. I am only 22 years old and I am already having trouble getting and maintaining an erection. I would say, I believe I am fairly healthy, I eat well at least. I don’t exercise as much as I’d like, but I’m not overweight or anything either.

My problem started in highschool and just seems to be getting worse. I don’t think it’s directly related to anxiety, it could be partially, but not fully because I have the same problem while masturbating as well.

At first I thought maybe it had to do with having venous leakage because I could get hard for a few seconds but than it would diminish in strength pretty quickly. I decided to try out the liquid t to see if maybe it could be another issue and it works great.

My question is, if the liquid t gives me good erections, would my problem not be venous leakage, but perhaps hormonal or what could it be? I hop you can help, the doctors is not my favorite place to go, but maybe it’s the only place that will be able to help.

Another thing is that I thought maybe I just needed a little boost and the liquid t lasted for a few days and I started noticing it slowly diminish in effect and than stop working again. This makes me think it’s physical not psychological.

I had been going through some similar issues. When I was 17-18, I had no problems whatsoever, but it seemed as I started college my problems started happening. I, like you, am in fairly good shape. Eat well enough to seem healthy and exercise when I can. What I had come to realize was that in high school, I was regularly exercising, not just lifting and moderate warmup runs, but running for sports. I have recently started running and getting back into sports like I was in and things have improved tremendously. You may try some ginkgo biloba. Supplementing that with exercise has really impacted, both my energy levels and erection quality. By the way, age wise I am 21, forgot to throw that in.

Anti-depressants?
Anti-histamines?
Drink more than two beers a day?

I would hump over the doctor visit and go see an urologist.

No. I don’t smoke, drink too often or take antidepressents. I may be depressed however… not sure if that has a strong influence on your erectile function. I could use some more cardio I guess, it just seems strange that at my age being not so fit or whatever would lead to weak erections. I’d like to figure how to fix this without medication.

1. Liquid Taladafil
2. Masturtbating. I can maintain it sometimes, but I also just took some taladafil 4 days ago, so it still might be working a bit. And it’s a partial erection.

Have your blood pressure checked anything over 140/90 could be the reason. If your blood pressure is below 100/60 have your thyroid checked.

For ED you can use ginko biloba, ev en if your blood pressure is high. In fact it will help lower it. Ginko is an herb, you can buy at the drug store 60-240mg daily can start up your erections again. Maintain them and they last longer even after ejaculation.

Diet comes to mind, cut back on the high fat meats s/a McDonald’s Hamburgers,Burger King. Eat whole grain carbs stay away from white bread.
Start walking build up to 30 minutes per day 3-5 days per week.

Go to the gym, lift weights work the large muscle groups, squats and lunges are great for erections.

Drink water,tea,lemon aid, that is low sugar. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables.

Lose weight if you have to.

Get plenty of sleep 7-9 hours a day for good woodies.
