You may have just had a bad time, can’t blame the tea - it could’ve been worse without the tea lol.

It won’t directly give you better sex, but it is full of anti-oxidants, so it will help with taking care of any factors that could limit EQ. It’s like saying broccoli doesn’t help with sex… it does, you just need other things too.

I’ve been drinking this tea daily for a week. I use fresh ginger root, grate it into water and boil it. I make enough to last me 2 days so it’s not too much of a chore, and I don’t worry too much that it’s lost all it’s potency before I use it. I am using a black tea/yerba mate blend, it’s giving me a nice energy boost for sure. I also add in a good sprinkle of cayenne. Spicy! I added this in a few weeks after I first started PEing, so it’s hard to say what is causing what, but as a general supplement and how it makes me feel, I’ll keep using it for a while. Thanks for posting this!

Does this tea actually taste good to anyone? When I drink it, 95% of what I taste is the cayenne. I put around half a tea spoon of cayenne, a bit more than half a tea spoon of ginger, black tea, and honey to sweaten it. All I can taste is the cayenne, and I have to have some water or milk by me so I don’t choke.

I’ve got a taste for it. But I like spicy food, and love ginger. Still I use plenty of honey to mellow out the cayenne, and let the pepper steep for about 5 minutes before I drink anything, I think it softens the heat a little bit.

I used Tabasco sauce in it once man that was gross.

I bought ginger extract, green tea, honey and lemon. Does it work if I put it in cold green tea, like in the bottle? Just mixed it up and took it we will see if I feel any different.

I saw in a local grocery McCormick ginger powder.

Would this work?

Chewing a chunk of ginger

I’ll be chewing a chunk of ginger and eating the usual Dong quai, Ginseng, st johns’s wort, and cinnamon + L argnine before the lovely lady gets in the sack. Hope to give her a good ride.

OK I chewed up a chunk of raw fresh ginger, st johns’s wort, and cinnamon and the capsules of Dong quai, Ginseng and L argnine + my little kitten was awesome and hot - and I had better wood than I have had in weeks. I made some mistakes - like struggle with the condom wrapper, then drop the condom cos my good had was KY’ed cos I fingered her ass.

I didn’t attempt to do her butt because I didn’t think I could handle the change in position. But I did put a finger in her ass and she enjoyed all of it, and I lasted longer than I thought I have in recent times. However I lost a good bit of the feel. Like I thought I was cumming before I actually started, then I thought I wasn’t, so I fucked harder and finally did come.

Has anyone had that happen ? Could it be the St John’s wort cos its an anti depressant ? I made all these ginger garlic cayenne etc etc into a paste and have been eating a spoon in the morning and 1 in the evening. Its improved my circulation for sure and hence my erections. Vitamin C will be lost (most of it) in this process, because Vitamin C is very unstable, delicate and sensible in several factors, such as: light, heat, acid/alkaline solutions and etc.

Few examples that heat can totally messed up with vitamin C is potato and broccoli (more agressive in those cases because of the total exposure to elevated heat). Raw form of these two are excelent font of vitamin C.

Best thing to do is to wait the tea to cool down a bit (not accounting the acid/alkaline levels of the other recipes) and then add the lemon.
