After reading numerous threads, I want to increase bloodflow around my pelvic region, ie. my dick.

The principle behind this is as follows: 1) engage in PE exercises to cause plastic deformity to your dick thereby enlarging it, ie. jelq, hang, pump, clamp, extender/ADS, etc; 2) heal in an extended non-turtled state, ie. fowfers, ADS, autoxleeve, golf rings in the freezer, etc; AND 3) increase bloodflow to the penis area to promote enlargement/healing in an enlarged state.

So to improve my circulation and bloodflow to my cock, I’m starting to do the following:

1) Adding leg exercises to my workout routine, ie. squats, lunges, leg press, etc. Also add many variations of abodminal exercises to my workout routine (to reduce fatpad although mine isn’t bad b/c I’m in good shape and more importantly, to increase bloodflow/circulation close to the pelvic/penis region.

I’m one of those guys who used to focus solely on upper body only, my theory is that my PE routines will be far more productive due to increased bloodflow to my cock with the leg/abdominal exercises.

BTW, there is one machine that chicks use all the time at the gym, the one where it looks like they’re sqeezing their thighs (at 24 hour fitness, it’s the machine labeled “HIP ADDUCTION” it works the INNER thigh muscles. I’ve been doing this one a lot and it seems to really target the pelvic region.

2) Taking multiple supplements to improve bloodflow and circulation. There’s a wealth of information in the supplement sections.

So I’m taking a Supergreen Food powder from Vitamin Shoppe that I mix in water, it’s got tons of shit that’s great for your cock including wheat barley grass, spirulina, folate, bee pollen, etc.

Also taking Acai extract pills (Vitamin Shoppe brand) which aids in circulation.

Also taking supplements to aid in sperm production but that’s a different issue (Arginine, B12 complex or something like that to aid in absorption, Lecithin GRANULES not the pills, Horny Goat weed, Python pills from Vitamin Shoppe which has saw plametto , muira puama, guarana, tribulus, etc).

Finally, taking supplements to aid in testosterone production (ZMA, or zinc magnesium and some kind of B vitamin I think). Other than lifting a lot of weights/working out and taking ZMA, I’m open to other ways to increasing my testosterone levels (ie. more random boners which promotes penis growth).

3) This doesn’t really apply to myself, but I would recommend to others: STOP SMOKING, STOP DRINKING COFFEE (research tells me these activities hurt bloodflow), STOP WATCHING PORN (increase testosterone/morning wood)

Can anyone make any further suggestions on what else we can do to increase circulation to our penises?? I am convinced this is a crucial component to gains.

You’re certainly on the right track. Shame on you for never training legs. LOL You’ll notice your overall fitness will get a huge boost since you’re now working the largest muscles in your body. Training them is critical for circulation and anabolic hormone release. Cheers!

Supplementation sounds good. Arginine and citrulline are big circulation agents as well.

Eliminate the smoking, eliminate or limit the coffee/caffeine, eliminate or limit porn. (Biggest challenges by far).

Just started again, another new measurement coming soon; I'm pretty close to that June '11 though.

I am currently taking the same approach. I was just about to make a thread to ask if anyone successfully cured ED or improved circulation to their penis by doing more leg exercises because I don’t train my legs as often as I should. I also increased my cardio time. So I guess I’ll be checking here and see what people have to say.

Totally, dude. I was a macho man who only did upper body until I started learning exercise sci/physiology in college. Training legs is CRITICAL to overall fitness and health, I’m a firm believer in this. On top of increased circulation, training legs stimulates testosterone and gH release- especially with heavier, multi-joint exercises like jumps, squats, deadlifts and Olympic lifts. You may even notice your upper body muscles get a jolt in size as a result of training legs. I regret the time I missed in my teens where I scarcely trained legs; I could’ve been twice as big.

Thanks. I had to learn the hard way. But I had tendonitis for some time in my knees which discouraged me from working them. But now it’s 90% gone and I’m ready to get them going. I suspect not working legs may be a cause in my slight ED since I don’t work my legs often at all. I’m going to start doing squats every other day alternating between light and heavy days to build my legs.

@ thestallion: what’s funny is only the big dogs in the gym are the ones consistently doing leg exercises. I’m noticing certain parts of my body are getting more cut and defined just b/c i’m doing legs, ie. my arms and chest? i’m mainly doing legs for PE-purposes but this is a great benefit too!

@sed26: you should check out the P90X program, it has some nice leg routines, ie. plyometrix and kickboxing. it’ll help you get your legs acclimated to exercise/duress for heavier lifting at the gym

I did leg day yesturday with squats, leg press and some jogging. Last night I checked my erection and it was a tad firmer than usual. I can see how in the long term this would lead to the nice hard erections I once had. Nice to start squatting again.

You seem to have covered all basses, but I might add the following: On the Macro side, things like cayenne, in capsule form, are important for increasing circulation by advancing your metabolic rate. On the Micro side , an addition of bioflavanoids such as fron Citrus and from Rutin (Sophora Japonica leaf) might be in order for increasing circulation to microtears at the capillary level and for capillary health. We all know that Lecithin is great for nerves and their sheathes, thus aiding synaps from brain to penis as does ginko biloba, also.

You need to be aware that the long-term health implications of a lot of the aforementioned herbs and amino acids are not currently known, and in some cases, the mechanism of action is either unknown or absent.

Acai berries have high levels of antioxidants, but not as high as blueberries, some types of grape, etc, and, few other of its benefits have been proven in vivo or in vitro.

You may wish to read about and trial the use of:

DIM (3,3’-Diindolylmethane)
Standardized Ginseng extract
Tadalafil
Fish Oil (Mercury and Dioxin filtered and standardized high EPA and DHA quantities)

You also need to make sure the ingredients used in the herbal combinations you purchase are standardized to high levels of the biologically active compounds

(for instance in Ginkgo Biloba you should aim for standardized levels of Ginkgoflavonglycosides, and Terpene Lactones)

And buy biologically available vitamins and amino acids

(for instance: Ethyl Ester Arginine rather than L-Arginine, and Zinc Citrate rather than Zinc Oxide)

It’s also important to note that a lot of the compounds mentioned need to be cycled, else their efficacy will lessen and you may develop unwanted tolerances.

Again, you do risk the potential for hepatic/renal/digestive trauma when consuming high doses of compounds which lack indications in long-term use.

Do you take supplements before or after you do penis exercise?

I have bought horny goat weed and yohimbe, but I’m not sure if I should take them before or after I do my regular exercises.

This may be an ignorant question, but doesn’t porn have a positive impact on test levels. Not ejaculating but watching it. Nothing I’ve looked into. I’ve heard this through bodybuilding buddies and mma peers.

3 it sounds weirs but works a lot to me: drink a dose of whisky( just a little ) with ice everyday
